Accounting Supervisor

Accounting Operations 

• Oversee daily accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets 

• Review accounting entries and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance 

• Maintain proper accounting records in accordance with Thai accounting standards and company policies 

Month-end 

• Prepare and review month-end and year-end closing journals 

• Ensure timely closing in line with management and group reporting timelines 

• Support preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis 

Revenue & System Support 

• Support revenue recognition for SaaS / POS contracts, subscriptions, and implementation fees 

• Coordinate with Sales / Operations teams to ensure billing accuracy 

• Assist in system improvements, accounting automation, and process enhancements 

Audit, Tax & Compliance 

• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents 

• Review and prepare tax filings such as VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax, or coordinate with tax advisors 

• Ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory reports 

Internal Control & Process Improvement 

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures 

• Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and recommend improvements 

• Support implementation of new accounting policies or systems 

Sales Commission & Incentives 

• Calculate and review monthly sales commissions in accordance with approved commission schemes and sales agreements 

• Reconcile sales commission calculations with revenue records, CRM / POS system data, and management reports 

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to ensure accuracy of commission eligibility, rates, and timing 

• Prepare commission accruals and related accounting entries during month-end closing 

• Ensure proper documentation and approval for commission payouts 

• Support audit and management review of sales commission calculations and controls 

Team Supervision 

• Supervise and review work of accounting staff 

• Coach and provide on-the-job guidance to junior team members 

• Support task allocation, workload planning, and performance reviews
