Production Skills

ปริญญาตรีสาขา Computer Science, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development หรือ Application Support อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
เข้าใจระบบ Production Environment และการทำงานของระบบจริง
มีทักษะในการ Debug และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงเทคนิค
สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจ Source Code ได้ (Backend / API / Database)
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถอธิบายปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้

Technical Skills

Programming Language อย่างน้อย 1 ภาษา (เช่น C#, Java, JavaScript, Python เป็นต้น)
Database (SQL / NoSQL) และการเขียน Query เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
Log Monitoring / Error Tracking
เข้าใจพื้นฐาน API, Web Application, Application และ System Flow
ใช้งาน Git หรือ Version Control ได้

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

รับและจัดการ Production Support Ticket จากลูกค้าและทีมภายใน
วิเคราะห์และแก้ไข Bug ที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบ Production
ตรวจสอบ Log, Error, และข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
ดำเนินการ Hotfix และ Deploy แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าอย่างปลอดภัย
ทำ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) และสรุปแนวทางป้องกันไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดซ้ำ
ประสานงานกับทีม Development, DevOps และ Infra เมื่อปัญหาเกี่ยวข้องหลายส่วน
สื่อสารสถานะปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขกับลูกค้าอย่างชัดเจน
จัดทำเอกสาร Incident Report และ Knowledge Base สำหรับปัญหาที่พบบ่อย
ช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนการ Support และ Monitoring ของระบบ Production
