Requirement

Male or Female, age not over 35 years old

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in software analysis, software development, or data analysis

Proficient in object-oriented design and development

Strong knowledge of SQL, web services, and RESTful APIs (experience with C# is a plus)

Experience in data analysis using Excel or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage

Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage special assignments promptly and professionally

Highly aware of market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving business models

Open-minded, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

Job Description

Gather and analyze business requirements, and propose effective solutions to meet strategic business objectives

Develop requirement specification documents, business process flows, business flow diagrams, and wireframes for client review and implementation

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, testers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery

Provide expert guidance on business and technology solutions by working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Mentor and support junior analysts and team members to strengthen their analytical capabilities and ensure high-impact solution delivery

Develop user manuals and deliver training sessions on business processes, end-to-end flows, and application features to clients and operational users

Prepare ad hoc reports for management and customers as required, ensuring data accuracy and clarity
