Requirement

  • Male/Female, Age not over 35 years old. 
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Computer Engineering or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software tester, software developer   
  • Working knowledge of products and services 
  • In-depth understanding of Software Testing approach 
  • Good interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to handle special assignments promptly and professionally   
  • Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, and business models 
  • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and attentive to details 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 

Job Description

  • Reviewing Software/Project requirements and preparing test cases/scenarios 
  • Mentor and support junior and team members to ensure high-impact quality delivery   
  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in products/projects 
  • Execute quality improvement testing and activities 
  • Develop quality assurance standards and company processes 
  • Adhere to industry quality and software testing best practices and standards 
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand 
  • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to development team 
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing 
  • Work closely with the development team to improve existing products 
  • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production 
  • Perform other related testing duties as assigned
